Half and half : Jasmine rice and Red rice
This is my another photo which I took at a riverside restaurant of a five-star hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. The hotel is located in between Rama III road and the Chao Phraya River. The location of the hotel is pretty cool. The hotel's entrance is faced to Rama III Road which is convenient, and their riverside restaurants are faced to the Chao Phraya River. which is very relaxing. The restaurant that I chose for a dinner was a Thai-Vietnamese restaurant. The wait staff asked me to choose Jasmine rice (Thai: ข้าวหอมมะลิ) or Red rice. I ordered a half and half, and the photo shows the result.

Ancient Khmer architecture
I took this photo at the Phimai Historical Park (Thai: ปราสาทหินพิมาย) in Phimai, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand. I love the atmosphere of Phimai and I've been there three times. Since it is called as Historical Park, the place is where you can see one of the most important Khmer temples of Thailand. If you are in the capital Bangkok, Phimai is a little far away, but if you are in Nakhon Ratchasima Phimai is the best one-day excursion destination. Just take a bus from Nakhon Ratchasima Bus Terminal 2 (Thai: สถานีขนส่งผู้โดยสารจังหวัด นครราชสีมา แห่งที่ 2), and get out of the bus on Buchayan Road (Thai: ถนนบูชายันต์), so then the ancient park is over there.

The world's largest carved Buddha image
This is my another photo of Buddha Mountain (a.k.a. Khao Chi Chan, Thai: เขาชีจรรย์) in the outskirts of Pattaya, Thailand where the place you can respect the world's largest carved Buddha image on the cliff. The Buddha image is huge, it's said more than a hundred meters high and 70 meters wide. Not to mention it's worth a visit. There are a few more must-sees nearby. Silver Lake Vineyard (Thai: ซิลเวอร์เลค วินยาร์ด) and Anek Kuson Sala (Viharnra Sien, Thai: อเนกกุศลศาลา (วิหารเซียน)) are also poplar. These places are in the outskirts of Pattaya, and a little faraway from the heart of the city, but they are within motorcycling distance each other. Don't miss it.

The Rama VIII Bridge
The photo shows the Rama VIII Bridge in Bangkok, Thailand. The Bridge is named after the late king Rama VIII. Amongst the tourists, the Rama VIII is famous for its beautiful design and taking some photos of the bridge became a popular tourist attraction, especially at night. I took this photo from pool side of of my hotel on Soi Rambuttri. The hotel has a swimming pool on its rooftop and the Rama VIII Bridge could be seen from there. Soi Rambuttri is a fun street to visit and is juxtaposed to Khao San Road. Check it out.

Decorated in Chinese way, I think.
I took this photo at a restaurant in Chinatown in Bangkok, Thailand. The restaurant was on the street level floor of a hotel in the middle of Chinatown in Bangkok and is decorated in Chinese style exactly like the photo shows. It was a cool place. The hotel was on famous Yaowarat Road and the restaurant had a bar alongside of hectic Yaowarat Road. Recent years, I'm frequently coming back to Pattaya, Thailand, not Bangkok, so I'm not sure the restaurant and its road side bar is still there or not, but it sounds cool, doesn't it?

Sri Lankan Fried Noodles - Mixed -
I took this photo at my favorite restaurant in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka and the photo shows Sri Lankan Fried Noodles. You can choose ingredients from vegetables, chicken, seafood, or "mixed". I ordered "mixed" which means it has vegetables, chicken, and seafood all together. It looks gorgeous, doesn't it? When you order Sri Lankan Fried Noodle, you see that each noodles are cut into short length about three to six centimeters long like the photo shows. So, you can eat Sri Lankan Fried Noodles without a fork just like the locals do.

Fly with BA868
I took this photo in Budapest, Hungary. It was almost nine years ago, I took a British Airways flight BA868 from Heathrow Airport in London, England, the United Kingdom on the day of 28th April, 2007.The plane took off at 14:05 and landed on Budapest at 17:35. I spent for three nights and four days in the capital of Hungary and after that took a train from Keleti Railway Station to get to Prague, the Czech Republic via Slovakia. When I made a rough itinerary for that trip, I thought three nights four days was the best, but on hindsight it wasn't exactly long enough. Hindsight is always 20/20. Always.
Say cheese!
I took this photo in Madrid, Spain. I don't know much about it, but I've read an information or someone just told me that you shouldn't drop your postcards into green post boxes in Spain because they are or domestic mails or something, you can find yellow post boxes in the city then those ones are for international mails. I wasn't so much sure, but I dropped my postcards into a yellow post box and my postcards were fine. So I didn't drop my postcards into one of these green post boxes , but they looked cute together and I took a photo of them.

Penne Pesto Alla Genovese
The photo shows Penne Pesto Alla Genovese which I had at a restaurant on Via Dante in the heart of Milan, Italy. The street is named after a famous Italian poet Dante Alighieri from Florence, and the street itself is a pedestrian street. There were so many places to eat along each side of Via Dante and some places were putting dining tables and chairs right on Via Dante. I had this Penne Pesto Alla Genovese at a table on Via Dante after visited Santa Maria della Grazie where the church contains the world-famous mural the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci.
Tree hollow
I took this photo in Frankfurt, Germany. I saw this large tree hollow while I was walking along the Main river. It seemed nothing was living inside of the tree hollow, but it was unique to see it, so I took a photo of it. Frankfurt, Germany was a very beautiful city and there were so many places that I wanted to take photos. Looking at my photo albums, now I find it funny a photo of a large tree hollow in the folder of Frankfurt, Germany, but when I was walking along the Main, I thought this was interesting case and must took a photo.

Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor
I took this photo at Zagreb Main Station (Croatian: Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor). Since Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor is the largest main hub station of Croatia, you can choose a train from a huge Croatian railways network from there. I've taken an international train bound for Frankfurt, Germany from Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor. Actually my destination was Ljubljana, Slovenia, not Frankfurt, Germany, but I learned that an international train was a possible choice to get to Germany from Croatia via Slovenia. In return, you can see picturesque villages through the train windows.

I was in the mood for something spicy
I took this photo in front of my hotel in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, the United States of America. It was around seven o'clock in the evening when I got out of the hotel for dinner. The nearest restaurant from the hotel was a Colombian restaurant and it was just across from the street or something. I was really interested in to have dinner there to have Colombian cuisine for the first time in my life, but I just went to a Thai place nearby to have something familiar. I don't remember exactly why, but I guess I was addicted to the familiarity taste, something spicy and some rice or kind of thing.
