I took this photo near the tip of Yaowarat Road (Thai: ถนนเยาวราช) in Bangkok, Thailand. The area is known as Chinatown in Bangkok and is located within walking distance from Bangkok Central Railway Station (Thai: สถานีรถไฟกรุงเทพ). The railway station is commonly known as Hua Lamphong station (Thai: สถานีหัวลำโพง) and is juxtaposed to Hua Lamphong Metro station (Thai: สถานีหัวลำโพงรถไฟฟ้ามหานคร). I often choose to stay in this area to enjoy authentic Thai food all day long, but still feel uncomfortable when I cross the street.
