I took this photo in Vientiane, Laos. In the one afternoon when I walked toward Ptuxai, I found this trilingual signboard on Avenue Lane Xang. Patuxai is a war monument in the heart of the city and Avenue Lane Xang is the high street. I went to the top of Patuxai and looked down the beautiful six-lane street from above. It was about the end of May. April and May are in the hottest season of the year in Laos and North East Thailand. It was a scorching hot day. The feels like temperature was 40 or so.
