Themed bay along the Vegas strip
The photo shows a huge pirate ship of Treasure Island Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas strip, NV, the USA. When I was plodding around the Vegas strip, I found this unique bull-faced pirate ship in Buccaneer Bay and took a photo of it. Walking and looking around the Vegas strip was so much fun. It was like lots and lots of unexpected things had sprung up all over the place and it was never a bore. The bull-faced pirate ship was one of the funniest things which I found in Las Vegas.

I was asked at a good time
I took this photo in Athens, Greece. I was having my first Greek dinner with a nice view of the beautiful acropolis of Athens. It was so nice to choose the place as my first dinner dinner place in Athens. As it was my first evening in Athens, Greece, I didn't know much about the lay of the land and also I didn't have enough knowledge about Greek cuisine, so I was just walking around with no plan. Then, a bubbly Greek waiter asked me to have dinner in his place which had this fantastic view of the Acropolis. There was no reason to say no.

I fancy Tom Yum
I took this photo at one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Even though I've been to the place countless times, I don't know the name of the restaurant, but I know where it is. It's on the fifth floor of New Empire Hotel which is a landmark building of bustling Chinatown in Bangkok, Thailand. The photo shows Tom Yum Goong Nam Khon (Thai: ต้มยำกุ้งนำ้ข้น). The newer flavor of Thai spicy prawns soup which looks like milky reddish soup. The other one, the traditional styled Thai spicy prawns soup is called Tom Yum Goong Nam Sai (ต้มยำกุ้งนำ้ใส) which looks like clear whitish soup. I love both of them.

Beam me up, Scotty
I took this photo in Madrid, Spain. Lots and lots of buildings that I've seen in Madrid were so stunning and the city itself was also very beautiful and clean. I was in Madrid in the middle of October. Some streets were covered with dead leaves and had their own beauty. On the other hand, a lot of people worked on the streets to scrape together the dead leaves. All in all, Madrid that still stinks in my memory the most is such a beautiful city with its clean streets. I wanna be there so much right now.

Easily walkable
The photo shows Liberty Bridge across the River Danube in Budapest, Hungary. I took this photo in the hilly Buda side overlooked the flat Pest side. Two different areas of Budapest are separated by the River Dabube, but it's easily walkable. Shortly after I arrived in Budapest, I understood how to walk around the city. It was pretty simple. There were many beautiful bridges across the River Danube and Liberty Bridge was one of them. I really loved such a beautiful city of Budapest.

A view from a gondola
I took this photo in Venice, Italy. One of the featured attractions is the Grand Canal and lots of tourists enjoy Gondola Rides. I took this photo while I was riding a gondola. The Grand Canal is a major water-traffic corridor of Venice, so the city looked totally different from many other Italian cities. There, Gondolas seemed like one of the most important transportation for tourists to explore the city which looked like a maze of allays for first-timers or a person who has no sense of direction. In the afternoon, I was asked directions by an Asian couple who wanted to get back to Piazza San Marco. Piazza San Marco is known as St Mark's Square which is a huge famous public square of Venice.

Such an inviting showroom
I took this photo through a window at Mercedes-Benz Spot in Frankfurt, Germany. I was lured by a huge Mercedes-Benz logo on the top of the high building to get closer. When I looked closer, the room looked so cool. It seemed like there was a cafe-like space juxtaposed to its showroom. I should have checked it out, but to be honest, I was not a potential customer, so I didn't go inside. I don't even have a driver license. Anyway, I enjoyed to see a luxurious spot in Frankfurt.

A quiet spell
I took this photo at Tahrir Square which is in Downtown Cairo, Egypt. There was a huge rotary which was surrounded by a lot of eateries, shops, offices and such. The photo shows a public phone booth on the sidewalk of busy Tahrir Square. The area around this square has Egyptian Museum and the underground of this square has Sadat Metro Station. I've got through an underground passageway to cross the street of this area. In the daytime Tahrir Square was that busy with traffic, but in the early morning hours the square was quiet and was almost empty. I took this photo in one of those mornings.
