A view from a gondola
I took this photo in Venice, Italy. One of the featured attractions is the Grand Canal and lots of tourists enjoy Gondola Rides. I took this photo while I was riding a gondola. The Grand Canal is a major water-traffic corridor of Venice, so the city looked totally different from many other Italian cities. There, Gondolas seemed like one of the most important transportation for tourists to explore the city which looked like a maze of allays for first-timers or a person who has no sense of direction. In the afternoon, I was asked directions by an Asian couple who wanted to get back to Piazza San Marco. Piazza San Marco is known as St Mark's Square which is a huge famous public square of Venice.
