The Three Pyramids in the hazy distance

The photo shows a view of Cairo, Egypt from the Saladin Citadel of Cairo on Mokattam hill. The Citadel of Cairo is famous for the Mosque of Muhammad Ali (a.k.a. Alabaster Mosque), and is also famous for its panoramic views of the city with lovely breezes. I enjoyed a hazy vision of the three Pyramids in Giza as well. It's a little too hazy, but you can see the Great Pyramids on my photo. Before I went to Egypt, I didn't know that the three Pyramids were visible from Cairo, but they were visible from the Citadel, and from the Cairo Tower.
