I took this photo in Florence, Italy when I was enjoying half-day walking tour with a local guide. The half-day tour covered almost every must-sees in Florence and the tour's final destination was the Duomo (a.k.a. Florence Cathedral or Brunelleschi's dome). It was like the best had been saved for last or kind of thing. The Duomo was visible from some places in the city, but the guide put the Duomo on hold. Half the fun was getting there, though. I just couldn't wait to take photos and started to take photos like this at a very early stage.
