The photo shows one of the guardian lions of the Chain Bridge (Hungarian: Lánchíd) in Budapest, Hungary. I'd say the Chain Bridge is the most popular gateway between the hilly Buda side and the flat Pest side. There were big stone statues shaped lion at each of the abutments and they looked like the strongest guardian of the bridge. The Chain Bridge allowed people to walk and is lighting-up nightly. So after dinner, I returned to this area to see a stunning night view of the Chain Bridge. It was breathtaking.
