พริกขี่หนู

I'm in Pattaya, Thailand right now and the photo shows a tray full of Thai chill (Thai: พริกขี่หนู, Pronounciation: Phrik Khi Nu). I bought a wrapped tray of พริกขี่หนู at a supermarket and keep it in a fridge of my hotel room. I think พริกขี่หนู is sort of a core ingredient of Thai cuisine. I can't imagine lots and lots of tasteful Thai cuisine without พริกขี่หนู. You know what? Thai chili can be eaten raw, and I think it goes well with Thai beer. Also, I cut Thai chili into small pieces and put them into instant cup noodles to make its soup spicier.
