The sky finally cleared up
I took this photo in front of a Ferrari Store in Milan, Italy. I don't know much about cars, and I don't have a driver's license, but I knew how famous Ferrari was so I spent some time around the Ferrari Store and took some photos of the building and so on. It was the day before my departure, and was actually the first and the last sunny day during my stay. In the morning, I was teetering between taking a train from Milan Central Station and visit Turin as a day return trip or staying in Milan and revisit my favorite places under the sun. The weather was pretty perfect, so I decided to stay in Milan and revisit a lot of places. Ferarri Store was one of them.

Phimai is a town worth visiting
I took this photo at the Phimai Historical Park (Thai: ปราสาทหินพิมาย) in Phimai, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand. I've been there three times to see one of the most important Khmer temples of Thailand. Phimai is about an hour bus drive from Nakhon Ratchasima city center. Buses depart from Nakhon Ratchasima Bus Terminal 2 (a.k.a. the new bus terminal, Thai: สถานีขนส่งผู้โดยสารจังหวัด นครราชสีมา แห่งที่ 2) once an hour and cost 50 THB / one way. The Phimai Historical Park is not the terminal stop of busses to Phimai, so don't forget to get out of the bus on Buchayan Road (Thai: ถนนบูชายันต์).

Singha and a straw
I took this photo in my hotel room in Chinatown in Bangkok, Thailand. When I bought four cans of Singha beer at a convenience store nearby my hotel, staff kindly put four straws in the plastic bag. I kept my beer in a fridge and had a nap. When I woke up it was hot and a little too early for dinner or everything. So I opened the fridge and picked up a can of Singha, and drank it up through a straw like the photo shows. I felt pretty much of Thailand. The wooden tissue box looked so cute, by the way.

Croatian restaurant
I took this photo in Zagreb, Croatia. My hostel had a very nice traditional restaurant. The restaurant had a main entrance and a sub entrance. The photo shows the sub entrance that was faced to a parking space. The main entrance was next to the reception of the hostel. I used the both entrances. A few weeks ago, my acquaintance asked me what was the food I loved the most in Croatia. I said Ćevapi. Definitely. I really loved it. My acquaintance had no idea what Ćevapi was. So, he googled some images of Ćevapi on the Internet and said they looked delicious, and he also googled Croatian restaurants nearby. This kind of things can be done at our fingertips, but to taste Ćevapi, it's impossible on the Internet.

It was almost surreal experience
I took this photo in my hotel room in Giza, Egypt. I flew into Cairo International airport by a red-eye flight from Tel Aviv, Israel and checked-in to my hotel really late at night. Hotel's staff said to me that to look out the window in the morning. Ta-da, this is the view. I could see a Pyramid from there. It cost an absolute bomb to stay in a Pyramid view room in Giza, but it was worth the money. If I choose a cheaper room on the other side of the hotel, I probably continue to kick myself for the rest of my life.

An open double-decker ferry
The London leg of my trip
The photo shows famous Tower Bridge and the River Thames in London, England, the United Kingdom. Since Tower Bridge in known as one of the must-sees in London, visiting and crossing the bridge was listed in my bucket list of London leg of my trip. Other landmarks in my bucket list of London leg were catching a passenger capsule of the London Eye (a gigantic Ferris Wheel), viewing the Palace of Westminster and its Elizabeth Tower, taking a stroll around Notting Hill, having traditional Sunday Roasts at English pubs on Sundays and a lot more. So many things to do in London.
Váci utca
I took this photo while I was taking a stroll around Váci utca (a.k.a. Váci street) in Budapest, Hungary. There were hundreds of shops, restaurants, cafes, and so on on this street. According to my Hungarian acquaintance, this is the most famous street in Hungarian capital Budapest. I was there at the end of April. The weather was pretty good and the temperature was mild, so I saw a lot of people who were relaxing or chatting at the tables of cafes on Váci utca. Yep, there were so many tables outside of cafes. Overall, it was a very fun street walk around.

Hey Heineken, Ik hou van jou
I took this photo when I visited Heineken Brand Store in Amsterdam, Holland. It was one of the super-duper cool places in the city and I'm sure you can enjoy being there if you are a big fan of Heineken beer. For me, visiting Heineken Experience (a.k.a. Heineken museum) and Heineken Brand Store was like highlight of my trip in Holland, on top of that, I had late lunch at Heineken Hoek. Heineken Hoek is a humongous Heineken pub where the place you can view hectic Leidseplein (a.k.a. Leiden Square) while you are drinking draft of Heineken.

Enjoy indigenous food culture
I took this photo at my favorite Rice and Curry place in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka. At that place, I could choose fish or chicken for the main ingredient, for the rest of ingredients were changed daily. That day, I went to view the Indian Ocean in the morning and could happen to see a couple of sea turtles near the shore. After having some cans of Sri Lankan beer at my hotel, I went to have lunch. I ordered Rice and Curry Chicken. It served with dal curry, a couple of different vegetable curry, dried seafood, some sambal, and pieces of crunchy papadum. On top of that, I ordered a large pot of Ceylon tea. Everything was great.

Disco Bar
I took this photo in Ljubljana, Slovenia. There was a disco bar in the city. I found the place during the day so of course I couldn't go inside, but the place sounded like really a good hangout for club-goers. One of my acquaintances had told me that her long-lost friend was quite a good dancer whose job was a professional dancer. When they went to a club together, he got all the attention while he was dancing, and he looked like enjoyed being the center of attention. I've never seen that kind of real dance in person, but I could imagine what happened in the club.
A tulip-shaped-lamp
I took this photo in Amsterdam, Holland. I found a cute tulip-shaped-lamp on the street and took a photo of it. It looked really the Netherlands and I loved it. Actually, I was there in November and it was absolutely not a time of tulips, but I saw a lot of tulip-shaped something in the city of Amsterdam. They looked so cute and finally I bought a bright orange folding umbrella with a tulip-shaped-head and I still use it. If I could go back to the Netherlands during a tulip season in the future, I would be really happy about that.

Zagreb tower
I took this photo in Zagreb Croatia. The tall building on the photo is Zagreb tower. It's an office building in sort of a business district in Zagreb. My hostel was located just around the corner from there. It was interesting to see that the next building of Zagreb tower had a huge sign on the top of the building which said Zagreb tower >>. So, it was easy to understand which one was Zagreb tower, but I didn't think I could go inside of the tower, because it was an office building, so I just took some photos and that was it. I love to see stream-lined shape buildings.

Walk around the historical center of Porto
I took this photo in Porto, Portugal. The historical center of the city of Porto is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area of the Ribeira Square and its surroundings were really picturesque, and had a lot of beautiful buildings to see. I went to visit the area everyday and had sort of a small talk with the locals. It was already near the end of November, but the weather was relatively warm (I mean not very cold) and I could enjoy river cruise as well. Actually taking a river cruiser in Porto was such a good idea to see that picturesque city from the river.

Thanon Yaowarat and Chinese paper lanterns
I took this photo on Thanon Yaowarat near Soi Texas in Chinatown in Bangkok, Thailand. It was after dinner. I went to my favorite Thai Suki place on Soi Texas, and ate a lot, plus drank a lot of Singha beer. On top of that, I ordered a glass of น้ำแครอทปั่น (it's kind of like a glass of carrot shake) at the end of the dinner and drank it up as well. So I was in a food coma at the moment. Totally. My hotel was just around the corner from Soi Texas, and I took this photo on the way to my hotel. Chinese paper lanterns looked so beautiful.
From the horse's mouth
I took this photo in Florence, Italy. I've been to several cities in Italy: Pisa, Florence, Rome, Maranello, Venice, and Milan. Every city has different atmosphere and it was so much fun to walk around. Before my trip, one of my Italian acquaintances who was born in Florence, gave me a sort of crash corse of his home town and I learned how to have maximum amount of fun in Florence. He expanded my only a little knowledge about Florence, and obviously his story came in handy during my trip. I'm really appreciate it.

Tripas à moda do Porto
The photo shows Tripas à moda do Porto, a bottle of Super Bock, and some rice and bread. Tripas à moda do Porto is often translated as Tripe with White Beans or Tripe and White Beans Stew or something similar, and is a must-eat item in Porto, Portugal. I had this fabulous meal for lunch at a restaurant in Porto, Portugal. Staff members were warm and friendly, and the traditional Tripas à moda do Porto was perfectly cooked. Not only Tripas à moda do Porto, but I enjoyed Portuguese food culture pretty much, and I miss the taste even now.
Holiday cheer in beautiful Zagreb
I took this photo at Zagreb Eye Viewpoint in Zagreb, Croatia. You can view beautiful Zagreb from there, from 16 stories above. I love to see a city from above, so I went there on my third day in Zagreb. Before went there, I dropped by Zagreb Glavni Kolodvor (Zagreb main station) and bought a day return train ticket to get to Ljubljana, Slovenia as a half day excursion on the following day. After enjoyed viewing city from above, I went to visit Zagreb Christmas markets for glasses of Kuhano Vino (Mulled Wine) and a yummy hotdog. Then after that, I went to a bar in a popular hangout to have a cold one.

Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof
The photo shows the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof in Frankfrut, Germany. It's a luxurious, looks nice hotel in the heart of the city. Frankfurt was drizzling, and it was around time for dinner. There are so many restaurants and pubs in Frankfurt, but I haven't decided yet what I would like to have and where, so I was just taking a stroll around a bit more to see something interesting then I found this beautiful building. I didn't imagine it was a hotel, but it was. A super luxurious one. I took a photo of it, and continued to walk.

The weather was a little gloomy
I took this photo in London, England, the United Kingdom and the photo shows a part of the London Eye. The London Eye is a gigantic Ferris wheel and is one of the most popular attractions among among tourists. When I went to see the London Eye for the first time, the weather was a little too gloomy like the photo shows. So I didn't try to get a ticket for getting in a passenger capsule. I just took some photos of a part of the London Eye, and enjoyed watching unique shows of street performers. It was fun, though. Not to mention I got into a passenger capsule of the London Eye on another day.

Take one's shoes off at the door
I took this photo in my hotel room in Tel Aviv, Israel. An Israeli guy who I've met out of Israel had ever told me that he didn't take off his shoes in his room. It was an eye-opening surprise I've ever had. I always remove my shoes at the entrance or at the door. When I stay in a room, I always don't wear my shoes. But the guy who I've met said that if he took off shoes and welcome his friends into his room, all of his friends might think he got crazy somehow. Really? Why? I still can't believe that some people wear their shoes in their room. Anyway, in my hotel room in Tel Aviv, Israel, I took off my shoes at the door. No wonder I took off my shoes on entering.

The comfort was on the front burner
I took this photo in the Goethe House in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. That day I flew in Frankfurt, Germany in the afternoon and visited the Goethe House again in the evening. The photo shows an ancient oven in the kitchen on the ground floor. Since the Goethe House was absolutely furnished, the kitchen was no exception. The room itself was nicely decorated and the oven was huge. The next room of the kitchen had a heater against the wall, and the heat was coming from the oven. It seemed like the family was really enjoying the comfort and convenience of their super well made house.
Shoes get down at the heels
I took this photo in Zagreb, Croatia. It was fun to walk around the city of Zagreb, so I do so almost everyday. I took in a lot of sights on the way and took a lot of photos. Someone said to me that what a shame I went all the way to Croatia and didn't go to Dubrovnik. I understood what he said, but also I thought what a shame he didn't go to Zagreb. I found something new everyday in Zagreb and I never got bored. My shoes got down at the heels, but I was happy to see my down-at-the-heel shoes.

Singha with ice cubes
The photo shows a glass of Singha beer with ice cubes. I took this photo at my favorite restaurant in Pattaya, Thailand. There, if I order a bottle of Singha, they bring the bottle of beer with a glass with full of ice cubes and kindly pour the beer for me. When the ice cube will melt, they will kindly add some more ice cubes. So my beer is always super cold there. Oh, before I forget, if I buy some cans of beer at a convenience stores in not a super touristic area of Thailand, they kindly give me the same amount of straws as well.

Caramel Custard
The photo shows a large caramel custard pudding which I had at a restaurant in Luxembourg city, Luxembourg. It was a three-course menu with a choice of a starter, a main dish and a dessert. I chose a country salad as a starter, grilled steak with french fries as a main dish, and a large caramel custard for a dessert. When my course reached to the dessert, a peak of a lunch time time seemed to happen to start sometime soon, so I ate the pudding up and asked for my bill to know how much was that set me back.

City ticket desk of TAP Portugal
I took this photo at a city ticket desk of Tap Portugal in Lisbon, Portugal. It's located around the Marquess of Pombal Square (Portuguese: Praça do Marquês de Pombal), two lines of the Lisbon Metro stop at the station of the same name: Marquês de Pombal. As I'm into a lot of things of Portugal, I love Tap Portugal as well. Their uniform seemed to having a touch of color image of the company and looked very nice. When my acquaintances ask me anything about Portugal, I always recommend Tap Portugal if they plan to visit Portugal.

The entrance lobby of a serviced apartment
I took this photo at the entrance lobby of a serviced apartment in Nakhon Ratchasima (a.k.a. Korat), Thailand. Last year I stayed in a room of this serviced apartment for 20 nights 21 days and enjoyed the culture of Northeastern Thailand. There weren't so many touristic places like the ones in Bangkok, Pattaya or somewhere else in Thailand, but there were a lot of nice local restaurants, street food stalls, cozy cafes as well as convenience stores in the city. The serviced apartment itself was super convenient for me and I loved my clean and spacious room.

Familiarity of the Golden Arches
I took this photo in Zagreb, Croatia. My hostel was right around the corner from this Mickey D's. On the day of my arrival in Zagreb, I did bit of a ground research near my hostel, and I penciled in this Mickey D's as a place for breakfast or probably for lunch some time, but on the day before my flight to Frankfurt, Germany, I realized that I didn't drop by this Mickey D's in the end. So I just took a photo of it across from the street. I personally believe that a good point of Mickey D's is a familiarity. I mean I can easily imagine how the food there taste like.
It depends how things go
I took this photo in Athens, Greece. I saw a tram that ran on the street and I quickly took a photo of it. Generally speaking, taking a photo of moving object is pretty difficult. A few years ago, I was interested in to go to Saint Martin (French: Saint-Martin, Dutch: Sint Maaten) in the Northeast Caribbean to visit Maho beach. The island has two parts which is known as the French side and the Dutch side. Maho beach is on the Dutch side of the island and the beach and the Princess Juliana International Airport is juxtaposed to each other. I've heard that as the international airport is right next to the beach, people on the beach are able to view low flying aircrafts. I saw a lot of amazing photos on the Internet, but I have no idea how they took that nice photos of flying aircrafts.
