Tripas à moda do Porto is often translated as Tripe with White Beans or Tripe and White Beans Stew or something similar, and is a must-eat item in Porto, Portugal. I had this fabulous meal for lunch at a restaurant in Porto, Portugal. Staff members were warm and friendly, and the traditional Tripas à moda do Porto was perfectly cooked. Not only Tripas à moda do Porto, but I enjoyed Portuguese food culture pretty much, and I miss the taste even now.
