The photo shows vegetable rice. I took this picture at an Indian place in Copenhagen, Denmark. Going to Northern Europe was my first time and I enjoyed Scandinavian cuisine day after day, but in that night, I really wanted to eat rice, then chose an Indian place to have rice. I didn't know that, but actually the place was quite popular there and almost all the tables were full of Farang. Luckily, I was able to have a table for one, and truly enjoyed their well-cooked Indian cuisine. The Basmati rice was just so nice. It tastes like heaven.
