A bilingual sign board

I took this photo in Antwerp, Belgium. There was a church and in front of the church there was a sign board which was written in two different languages that nothing I could read. I mean I couldn't understand both of them. When I travel abroad, this kind of thing happens a lot. In European countries, the shapes of letters are similar to English letters, but are hard to read. In Asian countries the shapes of letters are like no other. I love the shapes of Sinhalese letters. They look like beautiful flowers for me.
