The photo shows Risotto alla Parmigiana. It's a type of Italian risotto flavored with Parmigiano-reggiano cheese. It tasted like heaven. I took this photo at my favorite restaurant near Piazza Aspromonte in Milan, Italy. Luckily, my hotel was just around the corner from the restaurant. Every risotto that I've had at the restaurant was just fabulous and staff was so nice. That evening, since their Rissotto alla Parmigiana was that delicious, I ordered Risotto alla Radicchio as well and ate up everything with Italian draft beer.
