The photo shows an in-flight cuisine of Thai Airways International flight TG951 Copenhagen, Denmark to Bangkok, Thailand (CPH - BKK). It was about 10 and a half-hour flight and the photo shows the first meal on the plane. THAI took off from freezing Copenhagen in the afternoon and landed at Suvarnabhumi early the next morning, say, 6:30. I had a couple of meals on the plane. The first meal was turned into a fabulous dinner in the sky. Thai red curry with beef (Thai: แกงเผ็ดเนื้อ, Pronounciation: Gaeng Phed Nua) is one of my favorite Thai foods, so I felt very lucky to have it.
