I took this photo in Oxford, England, the United Kingdom. I found a restaurant where beautifully decorated with hanging baskets full of flowers. Back then, I was looking for a place to eat and I thought this place would be wonderful to take a little break with good food, but I still had some more places to visit in Oxford. So I put lunch on the back-burner and just continued to walk around. By the way when I walk around a city, sometimes I do skip lunch or dinner, but that day was not the case. I wanted to have something memorable, also needed to take a little break.
