One of the many things I truly enjoyed in Las Vegas, NV, the United States of America was buffets. I took this photo at the Buffet of Stratosphere Hotel and Casino. It was Sunday and I enjoyed Champagne Brunch there. The Buffet is located on the Casino floor of Stratosphere Hotel and Casino and had a wide selection of delicious international cuisines. Food temperature was kept just right all the time, and several different types of sauces were well prepared around the corner from each section. That day, I took three different rice cooked with various spice. I was so happy having a lot of rice with a glass of Champagne in Vegas.
