I took this photo in Amsterdam, Holland. When I looked up a building on a street, I saw this much amount of displayed cheese. The lit up windows looked like a transparent refrigerator or something similar and I loved the idea. I love cheese. Speaking of cheese, one of my Italian acquaintances told me that the Italians eat cheese when they drink wine to avoid a hangover. I don't know it is true or not, but I kind of believe it. At least, a piece of cheese and his story have been having a placebo effect on some glasses of wine since then.
