The photo shows Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, Thailand. I took this photo from Pattaya Park Tower on August 31st, 2005. It's been more than a decade, so you can't see the same view anymore, but Pattaya Park Tower is still there and I'm sure you can enjoy viewing Jomtien Beach from above. I've visited Pattaya Park Tower several times, mostly for Buffet Lunch. The revolving restaurant is on the level 54 and the observation deck is on the level 55. On your way back to the ground, you can choose different ways depending on your guts. Sky Shuttle, Speed Shuttle, Tower Jump, or an elevator.
