Noon it is, then.

I took this photo on Westminster Bridge in London, England, the United Kingdom and the photo shows the North end of the Palace of Westminster and its clock tower, officially named Elizabeth Tower. As the clock strikes noon, the Westminster Chimes could be heard around the area. So I heard it. The photo shows a lot about London. The clock tower, the palace, and double-deckers. But in fact, you can't take proper photos around noon from this angle because of the sunlight. Before publishing this photo, I did a little photoshop work, I must admit.
