Khao Krapow Moo Kai Dao : ข้าวกระเพราหมูไข่ดาว

The photo shows a pack of Thai lunch which I bought on a train in Thailand. I was planning to have a train journey from Nakhon Ratchasima to the capital Bangkok, and my express train was scheduled to depart from Nakhon Ratchasima at 10:18. After I got on a train, I bought a pack of Khao Krapow Moo Kai Dao (Thai: ข้าวกระเพราหมูไข่ดาว) for lunch and had it on the train. Khao Krapow Moo Kai Dao could be translated into English as Still-fried minced pork with Thai basil served with Thai rice and a fried egg. It's a very popular food in Thailand and I love it.
