The photo shows the sign of northern entrance of Soi Buakhao (Thai: ซอยบัวขาว) in Pattaya, Thailand. My favourite Soi in Pattaya. In Thai, Thanon (Thai: ถนน) is like a road, Soi (Thai: ซอย) is like street or you can say lane or alley. I you walk around Soi Buakhao, you can feel a very nice fusion atmosphere of Thai and a spice of European. The northern entrance of Soi Buakhao is on Central Road (Thanon Pattaya Klang, Thai: ถนนพัทยากลาง). If you come from the beach, you'll find this sign on the right hand side. If you turn right, you'll on Soi Bua Khao.
