Nua Dad Deaw, Moo Dad Deaw and Khao Neaw

This is my favorite Thai food. Nua Dad Deaw (Thai: เนื้อแดดเดียว) which is like deep-fried sun-dried beef strip. It's kind of like beef jerky, but I think it's juicier and way more tender. By the by Moo Dad Deaw (Thai: หมูแดดเดียว) is also common which is like deep-fried sun-dried pork strip. Nua (Thai: เนื้อ) means beef, Moo (Thai: หมู) means pork. Both of them are quite popular in Thailand and can be found on the streets. I usually have this with Thai sticky rice called Khao Neaw (Thai: ข้าวเหนียว) and Thai beer in the evenings exactly like the photo shows.
