Unforgettable bumpy tuk-tuk-ride

At my end of the day in Sri Lanka, I hired a tuk-tuk driver and his alternate driver then headed for the Katunayake International Airport from Unawatuna. I thought it took about four hours or so, but actually it took about four and a half hours because of the monsoon squall; the tuk-tuk needed to go slowly during the heavy rain. On the way to the airport, I saw this huge beautiful dagaba of the Gangatilaka Vihara in Kalutara right before a bridge over the Kalu River (Sinhala: Kalu Ganga). There were some donate boxes along the street and people stopped their vehicle to pray. I was in awe of it.
