If you've been to Thailand, probably you know about this huge beautiful statue. This is Yaksha (Thai: ยักษ์). I don't know how I can describe about Yaksha, but I'm understanding that it's kind of like a security guard in this case. I think you can see a lot of Yaksha at a lot of places in Thailand and their work is vary. I mean you can see some more Yaksha in different styles. I took this picture at the Grand Palace (Thai: พระบรมมหาราชวัง) in Bangkok, Thailand. One of my favorite places in Bangkok.
