Wat means temple

The photo shows a model of Angkor Wat (Thai: นครวัดจำลอง). I've never been to Cambodia, but I found this place at the Wat Phra Kaew (Thai: วัดพระแก้ว) within the Grand Palace (Thai: พระบรมมหาราชวัง) in Bangkok, Thailand. The Wat Phra Kaew is also known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, but I think if you want to get there by cab, public bus or something else as you like, you'd better try to pronounce the Wat Phra Kaew. There are a lot of "Wat" in Thailand. Wat (Thai: วัด) means temple.
