I found a floating man at Port Vell in Barcelona, Spain. I don't know what this is, but it was kinda funny stuff. The statue was floating, so it was turning around in the beautiful port. When I saw the statue, it was located near Maremagnum, but I'm not sure the statue is always there. Maremagnum is a huge shopping place including some places to eat. I bought a purple winter jacket, a casual long-sleeved shirt, and black pants at Maremagnum. I was in Spain at the end of October. Night time was a bit colder than I expected, so the winter jacket really came in handy.
