This dish is called Khao Pad Plamuk (Thai: ข้าวผัดปลาหมึก). It's kind of like a fried rice with squid Thai style. Khao Pad (Thai: ข้าวผัด) means fried rice, Plamuk (Thai: ปลาหมึก) means squid. Thai locals love to squeeze a Manao (Thai: มะนาว) on a fried rice, so Thai fried rice is usually served with a Manao wedge. Manao is kind of like a Thai lime. You can find on the picture. I took this dish at a popular Thai Suki restaurant in Yaowaraj (a.k.a. Chinatown, Thai: เยาวราช) in Bangkok, Thailand. One of my favorite places in Thailand.
