The photo shows Khao Kluk Kapi (Thai: ข้าวคลุกกะปิ). One of my favorite Thai food. I took this dish in Pattaya, Thailand. It's kind of like a fried rice using Thai shrimp paste. Basically, it's served with various vegetables, meat, chilies, eggs and such, and generally eat them all together. My favorite place is located on Pattaya Klang (Thai: พัทยากลาง), near Tops supermarket. If you come from Pattaya beach, the place is on the right. I'd say almost right after the bustling intersection of Tops supermarket. Can't miss. It tastes like heaven.
