The photo shows one of the very popular Dutch snacks bitterballen. After I checked in at a hotel in Amsterdam, Holland, I got out of the hotel and started to take a stroll around the nearby square Leidseplein. After doing a bit of ground research, I realized that there were so many places to eat and drink in and around the hectic square. Before flew in Amsterdam, I googled about Dutch cuisine and was interested in bitterballen. First things first, I went into a large Heineken pub and ordered a cold one with bitterballen. Bitterballen are like freshly-deep-fried minced meat. I dipped bitterballen in mustard and enjoyed the taste of them. Overall I made a good start in Amsterdam.
