The photo shows Sri Lankan Vegetable Fried Rice at a restaurant in Hikkaduwa, Sri Lanka. The fried rice was spicy and was alright, but I wasn't exactly happy when I paid the bill and received the change. There were so much hidden charges on the bill. I've been to Sri Lanka 7 times and spent 171 days in total. Eating-out all the time, but I've never seen that kind of ridiculous bill. I did a double take then I paid. After a while a waiter came to take my plate away. Also after a while he returned to take my beer mug away. Then after a while, I said eventually I didn't have my change back yet. He came back soon and gave me the change. The change was short. Never had it happened before.
