The photo shows a trash box in Luxembourg city, Luxembourg. It said 'Merci!' on it. It sounded really French, but I wasn't sure. So after I returned to my hotel in Frankfurt, Germany, I googled about language of Luxembourg. I know it was a little too late, but I thought it was better late than never. Anyway, according to Wikipedia, I could find three different languages in Luxembourg: French, German, and Luxembourgish. None of them was crystal clear for me, but I could survive in Luxembourg. A restaurant that I chose for lunch had a menu card which was written in English as well. Merci!
