When I went to Vientiane, Laos for the first time, I hired a tuk-tuk in Thai language and looked around the city. I've been to That Luang, Patuxai (a.k.a. Anousawari), Buddha Park (a.k.a. Wat Xieng Khuan), and so on. Actually, Patuxai was within walking distance from my hotel, but it was on the way to other sites in a way. Also during the day, I saw a lot of intriguing sites from the backseat of tuk-tuk. The photo shows one of them; Beer Lao Factory. It's on the outskirts of Vientiane.
