The Great Pyramid of Khafre

The photo shows a view of the Great Pyramid of Khafre (a.k.a. Pyramid of Chefren). The second-largest one of the pyramids of Giza, Egypt. One characteristic is the whitish dressed stone around the tip of the pyramid. I went there by a horse and took this picture at the bottom of the pyramid. The pyramid was 448 feet high, so when I got a close look at the the pyramid, I didn't have any idea how the ancient Egyptian built this humongous object. Someone told me that a lot garlic helped them to get power to build the pyramid, but I'm not sure.
