The photo shows a Deep Pan Pizza. I had this dish in Copenhagen, Denmark. I've heard about Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. Someone told me that Chicago-style pizza is cooked in a deep-dish, much thicker than any other styled pizza, and the point is plenty of melted cheese. I've never been to Chicago, and never seen Chicago-style pizza, but the Deep Pan Pizza of Copenhagen reminded me of the story of Chicago-style pizza. On the menu, there were a wide variety of Deep Pan Pizza, and I went Tex-Mex-style. It was sort of spicy and very tasty.
