This is my favorite dish named Goulash. I had this in Budapest, Hungary near the Great Market Hall. I don't remember how many Goulashes I've had, but I had so many. In Austria, in Germany, in Hungary, in Denmark, and I think some more. The photo shows Hungarian Goulash, so I'd say this is the most authentic one I've ever had, because I've heard that Goulash is originally from Hungary. According to the menu, this Goulash would served with Knödel, but the Knödel looked a bit different from my familiar shape. Anyway, it was very nice.
