The photo shows one of my lunch in Lisbon, Portugal. A very yummy Prawns Risotto. I think risotto is originally from Italy, and I'd say it's kind of like European rice soup. One of my favorite rice dishes. I took this dish at a nice restaurant in front of Padrão dos Descobrimentos in Belém district. I chose to sit at a table in the terrace, so the famous monument was visible from my seat and it looked this close to me. What a view. Plus, the risotto was great. I had a good reason to order one more beer. Cheers. To the fantastic location and food.
