When I took a river cruise dinner in Bangkok, Thailand, this dish served at the end of the dinner as a dessert. It looks like fruits, but it's very well-made Thai sweets. I think this is very beautiful and I love to see them. This is called Look Chup (or Look Choop, Thai: ลูกชุบ). So now, how I can describe the taste. It's pretty hard. I lost my sweet tooth many moons ago, so I can't describe the taste. If I have to say, I'd say it was sweet. Thailand is famous for its spicy food, but I'd say people love to eat sweets as well.
