Khao Pad Nam Prik Pao

This is one of my favorite Thai food Khao Pad Nam Prik Pao (Thai: ข้าวผัดนำ้พริกเผา). I had this dish at my favorite hotel in Bangkok near the Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Khao Pad Nam Prik Pao is kind of like a fried rice, because Khao (Thai: ข้าว) means rice, Pad (Thai: ผัด) means fried, but the taste is like very Thai. That's because the fried rice is cooked with Thai seasoning named Nam Prik Pao (Thai: นำ้พริกเผา). Also, it's cooked with some vegetables, eggs, or sometimes meat or seafood or something like that.
