Thai Suki is my favorite. It's simply called Suki (Thai: สุกี้). I took this picture at my favorite restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand. I usually stay at a hotel in Chinatown (a.k.a. Yaowaraj, Thai: เยาวราช), and this place is also in Chinatown. Suki dinner is quite fun. Boil favorite ingredients in a pot, and then eat. Some people love to order rice and egg or noodles at the end of Suki dinner and cook them in the pot. Next to the pot, a bottle of beer is easily getting warm, so generally a staff member put some ice cubes in a beer glass.
