I took this dish at a restaurant on the top of Mount Pilatus, Switzerland. According to my bill this is the Hacksteak. It's kind of like a Salisbury Steak. I've already cut the steak before I took a picture, so it looks kinda weird, but I think it's better late than never. Come to think of it, I forgot to take a lot of pictures of fabulous meals in Nepal and Bhutan and I'm still kicking myself about that. Dal Bhat of Nepal, Ema Datshi of Bhutan and many other local specialities are all in my memory without pictures. What a pity.
