The photo shows my another photo of แคบหมู. It's can be pronounce "cape moo" or "kheep moo", then it's kinda similar; cape as in cape town, South Africa, moo as in moon. It's spelled แคบหมู in Thai. This is one of the very popular Thai snacks and can be find everywhere in Thailand. It's kind of like fried pork rinds. It's very crunchy, and a bit salty. It's absolutely goes well with cool Thai beer. I swear. Eating snacks is called Kin Len (กินเล่น) or Kin Len Len (กินเล่นๆ) in Thai. A lot of unique snacks are spread out all over Thailand. Snack on แคบหมู and then some.
