I've stayed in a tropical Jungle in Inamaluwa, Sri Lanka to visit Sigiriya Rock; A UNESCO World Heritage Site. The place looked like in the middle of nowhere, but the hotel and its restaurant were pretty good. I took a stroll around the jungle with my local guide and it was very exiting experience while viewing a lot of tropical plantations, fruits and such. According to my guide, the village often gets serious attack by hungry wild elephants. I learned about jungle life from that horrifying story of wild elephants.
