This is my very first picture in Sri Lanka. I took the picture at my hotel in Negombo. It was really late at night and I flew from Bangkok and then headed to Negombo by a car. At the time I only knew the airport, the taxi, and the hotel in Sri Lanka, but I already liked Sri Lanka. The weather was surprisingly nice, and people were also very very nice. In the next morning, I opened the curtains. I didn't know but, the Indian Ocean was just in front of me. Yep, I mean the hotel was on the beach. I stayed in the balcony for a long time looking at the sea and sitting on a cane chair then doing nothing. The next day was the same. I've never gotten bored. I'd say it was my ideal holiday in Sri Lanka.
