I've been to Unawatuna, Sri Lanka three times and I usually stay on the Strand (a.k.a. Yaddehimulla Road). The tiny street is hidden from the so-called the main road (a.k.a. Galle road or Matala road) and has a various kind of accommodations and eateries and bars on it, but easy to miss the entrance to this tiny dreamy street. The photo shows a part of the Strand. Come to think of it, on my third visit to Unawatuna, my tuk-tuk driver who I hired in Colombo city didn't know about the Strand and he passed the point, so we needed to return.
