Do as the locals do

I was in Sri Lanka to eat curry and the photo shows one of my meals in Negombo, Sri Lanka. I often had lunch at my hotel's restaurant and ordered Rice and Curry. The photo shows one of the lunch. My favorite kind of curry variation. Rice and Curry is the most common meal in Sri Lanka. They put a various kind of curry on a rice plate and mix them and eat them together by right hand. They serve a finger bowl on the table instead of a knife and fork or a spoon. Fingers were made before forks, and hands before knives. Bon Appetit!
