When I took dinner at my favorite place in Vientiane, Laos, I ordered a can of Beer Lao, Laab Moo and some sticky rice. The place was next to the That Dam (a.k.a. Black Stupa). A couple of women were working and they understood my Thai, so for me it was very easy to have something there. I had lunch and dinner several times at this place and their taste was always so nice. Almost tourists love to have dinner along the Mekong River over looking Thailand across from the river. I must admit I was one of them, but I more liked this quiet place.
