When I was in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka, I spend a lot of time in my hotel's balcony exactly where the photo shows. The place was located in front of the Indian Ocean. I didn't have to rent a lounge chair on the boiling seashore, also I didn't have to worry about my sandy bare feet, or wet bathing suits or something like that. There were a couple of lounge chairs and cane chairs in the balcony, so i just sat there and opened my favorite book or listened to something my favorite and almost doing nothing. If Shangri-la was on the earth, it would be there Sri Lanka.
