The photo shows gorgeous buffet breakfast which I had in Jerusalem, Israel. Before I got there I had a small conversation with Israeli and he said they usually have Hummus for breakfast. It's like paste or I'd say it's like dip. You can see Hummus on the lower left side of the picture. I'd say it's kind of like a mashed chickpeas and tastes vary. Some of them are a bit salty, some of them are sort of fresh, and sometimes it tastes like garlic. Due to it depends on various ingredients which they chose and blend together. I really loved Hummus, especially garlic flavored one.
