Scampi, salmon and prawn salad

I had this scampi, salmon and prawn salad at a semi-fancy restaurant in Antwerp, Belgium. The restaurant was located on high street and I could see the city through windows on the street. My main purpose of a day trip to Antwerp, Belgium from Amsterdam, Holland was to have some good Belgian beer with fine food. I took a look at the menu and chose this salad named after the name of the restaurant. My first beer at that restaurant was a glass of Stella Artois. My favorite Belgian-made pilsner beer. The scampi, salmon and prawn salad and Stella Artois were a match made in heaven.
